IASH offers a range of services to researchers across the College of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences and beyond. These include Speculative Lunches to bring together researchers from across the College on themes of current interest, to coordinating and promoting interdisciplinary events, to Sabbatical Fellowships for current staff, or Nominated Fellowships to help those looking to bring external researchers to the University for collaborative work.

Sabbatical Fellowships

Designed to enable colleagues who are on official sabbatical leave from the University to join our community and benefit to the fullest extent from the presence of other Fellows in residence.

Nominated Fellowships

Designed to supplement the regular IASH Visiting Fellowship scheme by encouraging Schools within the College of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences to nominate scholars from outwith the University.
